Sujith Top This thread has been closed due to inactivity. I get the usual Internet explorer pop-up with the choice to Open, Save or Save as the file. The Ctrl-j function doesn't work at all, and on selecting "Tools, View downloads" no screen appears. I click the Save button.

Just for the heck of it, I went to Control Panel > User Accounts > Manage User Accounts I added my domain account as a User (not an Administrator). I'm thinking that if you open a popup window without all the chrome around it, the shortcut keys won't work. But the barcode contains the sequence Shift + Ctrl + J + Enter.
