I am pc illiterate. Pays to go to the manufacturer for the latest updates. My computer still thinks it has no network card...and, i put in a new network card to replace the one that apparently was/was not broken.not happy...no computer!! Since I hadn't actually restarted it yet, I went and properly restarted the laptop, and now its working.
